Description
Do you have kiddos that have trouble learning the letters and their sounds? I have a tip that can help you out.
I had kiddos in my who had trouble associating letters and sounds. I decided I needed a daily “tool” to help the kiddos. I came up with an Alphabet Wall Chart.
The Materials include…
234 picture beginning Sound Cards
Alphabet letters
Directions how to make the Visual- Sound Chart
How to Use the Letter-Sound-Picture Chart
Every day I point to the alphabet letters and the kiddos respond by saying the following..
A(letter name) a phonetic sound of the letter
(Vowels are the short sound)
Name the picture
Repeat this for all of the alphabet letters.
Change picture cards each month.
I didn’t want the kiddos to memorize the letter and the picture, so I made nine different sets for each month of the school year. There is a total of 234 picture cards.
This is a great tool for helping the kiddos with Alphabet-Sound and you will see a difference in your kiddos with knowing letters and sounds!
